The giant Henkel buys the brand Le Chat.
Chimiotechnic takes over the Sainte-Marthe factory site in Marseille.

The managerial staff of the company take over all the activities on the site.
CDSM has at its disposal vast expertise in design and production of powders and liquid detergents for its clients. It is also developing its own brands, meant for the general public as well as local community organisations and largely present in exports.
